FutureEd: what if you helped build the education of tomorrow?

This guide, «FutureEd: Co-creating rights-centered education for a sustainable future», constitutes the first step in a broader piece of work, which will be enriched by field feedback and practical experience.

His ambition? To advance knowledge, but above all to inspire educational practices rooted in fundamental rights and ethical values.

Within the framework of the FutureEd project, co-financed by the European Union's Erasmus+ programme, this guide pursues several key objectives:

  • To transform gazes
    What if our way of being a citizen evolved? This guide invites you to rethink our relationship with institutions, laws, and our own power to act.
  • Provide educators with concrete tools
    Thought of as a pedagogical support, it accompanies teachers in moral and civic education to revive critical thinking and engagement.
  • Connecting rights to reality
    How can we move from grand principles – such as human dignity – to everyday lived practices? This guide offers concrete avenues to achieve this.
  • To prepare an education for the future
    By exploring democratic challenges and the diversity of educational models, it paves the way for a fairer, more inclusive school that respects everyone.

Throughout the guide, you will find interactive reflection activities, designed to be shared and discussed in groups, in order to compare viewpoints and enrich discussions.
